CLOSE BOX (POSTAGE OPTION)

This is for those lovelies who have an open boxes with us... skip to step 5 if you just want to close your box.

WHAT IS AN OPEN BOX?

An Open Box order is perfect for those who LOVE making regular orders. The great thing with an Open Box order, is that you only pay postage ONCE! 😍

We store your orders until you're ready for all your orders to be sent, and then once you close your Open Box and pay the postage, we package all your goodies up and get it posted for you!

How It Works...

1. To start your open box - place your goodies in your basket as normal

2. At the checkout when it comes to picking a postage option - click open box

3. You will pay for your orders as you go, but NO postage will be added yet, and your order will be stored lovingly by us.

4. Repeat as often as you like! This works great for limited edition scents that may sell quickly, our games night (because we know FOMO on the night is real) or restocked items you have been waiting on. Just keep clicking that open box option at the checkout & we will build up that box of goodies for you (Again, no postage added!)

5. When you are ready to close your box - there are two options of course you can make an order like normal but this time click the 'CLOSE BOX' option or if you decide you want your box sent out NOW! Simply add this listing into your basket which will allow you to go through the checkout process - and then you can click the 'CLOSE BOX' option :)

6. It's that simple! Your order will be on the way, Yipeeee!!
